
Steven Wong Jr. is an Award-winning Producer with a 20+ year career that spans across Film, Television, Animation and Video Game Marketing.
Steven is known for his work on the feature films: 2-time Academy Award-nominated, BAFTA-winning, and Golden-Globe nominated 'Kubo and the Two Strings' (2016), Golden Globe-Winning, Academy Award-nominated, 'Missing Link' (2019) and the upcoming film 'Wildwood' (TBD), as well as legacy marketing for Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated films: 'Coraline' (2009), 'Paranorman' (2012) & 'The Boxtrolls' (2014), his work being globally distributed by Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Annapurna Pictures and United Artists.
Steven has worked in the video game marketing industry as a Lead Producer on the best-selling Nintendo game of all-time, ‘Mario Kart 8 Deluxe' (2022- Present), 'WarioWare: Move It!' (2023), 'Endless Ocean Luminous' (2024), 'Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition' (2024) & 'Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition' (2025). As well as a Producer on ‘Metroid Prime Remastered' (2023), 'Another Code: Recollection' (2023), 'Mario & Luigi: Brothership' (2024) & numerous Nintendo Directs.

At Nintendo of America, Steven is currently leading creative direction and project management for content marketing campaigns as well as producing trailers, commercials and sizzles for Nintendo's various IPs.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Steven grew up with a diverse background of Chinese, Native Hawaiian, Portuguese, Irish, English and German ancestry. He moved to the Pacific Northwest for college, earning Bachelor Degrees in both Film Production and Business Marketing. During his free time, Steven produces a behind-the-scenes series on Instagram and TikTok. The series has garnered over 25 Million Views, 3+ Million Likes, with over 150K followers.
